The application flow is designed to surface readiness, home location, experience, and potential capacity before the agency begins screening.

1. Initial conversation and home-care goals

2. Criminal record check, IRC, first aid, Level 1 ECE certification, and documentation review

3. Complete an initial introduction including experience, references, and situational questionnaire

4. Home visitor will complete 2 safety visits which include every member of your home being present (including pets)

5. Launch with agency monitoring, parent referrals, and ongoing support
